SCIENTIFIC  TESTING
Without scientific testing, training is unfocused and counter-productive.  At SPORTFIT LAB, we start by comprehensively testing your body composition, VO2, lactate, strength, flexibility, and power development.  Only then can we develop a training plan specific to your body type, sports history, and training/racing goals.  Periodic re-testing allows us to objectively measure your progress and adjust your training as needed.

PERSONAL  GOAL  SETTING
Your body is unique, your life is unique - your training program should be unique to your goals and lifestyle.  "Canned" or group programs don't take your personal needs and abilities into account; your SPORTFIT program is tailored to your goals, your test results, and your abilities.  At SPORTFIT, no two programs are alike.
